Attention Vendors

A great way to gain new customers is to set up a display (booth) of your products and/or services!

You can also place an ad in our “take home flyer” that is given out to each CHALK sale customer.

To be a vendor or advertiser, please email your name, phone number and brief description of the  product to be sold to: chalk@chalksale.com. I will be glad to send you an application or call you for further information. Space is limited.

COST:

Booth Space $10 per selling day

Rental of a 6ft table with 2 chairs $10.00

Ad Space (2 by 3 ½ inches) $15.00

OFFER A HANDS-ON WORKSHOP FOR THE KIDS AND RECEIVE A 50% DISCOUNT ON BOOTH/AD SPACE!  Email me for further details.

ELIGIBILITY AND DEADLINES

Only one vendor booth per product will be allowed (e.g. there won’t be two Creative Memories vendors on site, but okay to have more than one run an ad in our “take home flyer”)

You must submit your request form and a check for booth space or an advertisement no later than May 15, 2008.

For ad space send a check and a business card (or a 2 inch by 3.5 inch copy of your ad) no later than May 15, 2008. We will not typeset a page. What you submit will be reproduced onto the flyer.

SIZE OF BOOTH SPACE AND AD

Your booth space is approximately 6 ft across and 5ft deep. This will accommodate a card table, chairs and walking space around the table. You must furnish your own table and chairs. If you do not have access to one, a 6ft table and 2 chairs can be rented from the Chalk sale. But you will be responsible for setting it up and tearing it down.

Ad space will be business card size (2 by 3 ½ inches).

SET-UP
NASHVILLE: You may come to set up Thursday, May 22, 2008 from 6:00p.m.-6:30p.m.  Volunteer Sale begins at 7:00p.m.

MANCHESTER: You may come to set up Friday, May 30 from 6:00-6:30 p.m.  Volunteer Sale begins at 7:00 p.m.

TEAR DOWN
NASHVILLE: You’ll need to break down your area Saturday, May 24 between 11:30-noon.
MANCHESTER: You’ll need to break down your area Saturday, May 31 between 2:30-3:00 p.m.          

All rental equipment must be broken down and returned to Chalk sale.

Make sure all trash is thrown away and your area is clean when you leave.

*If you plan to bring children with you while you are working your booth, they must stay within your booth space. Please do not allow them to play on or with the merchandise we are trying to sell.
