See you there!

Quotes from our friends:

"I'm looking forward to the CHALK Sale. They have the basic items I need, but I always find things on my wish list too!"
-- Maria

“I highly recommend the Chalk sale to everyone! The Chalk Sale gives me the highest return of three different curriculum sales I attended last summer. At the last Chalk Sale I earned over $150! Plus, I was able to purchase great books for the upcoming fall school year.”
-- Vicki

Tagging Information

  • Take care to mark your 3x5 index card as indicated in diagram at right..  Items must be tagged properly to be accepted for the sale.

  • You set the price of all items.  Use $1.00 increments only (no $1.50, $.99, etc.)  Price to sell!  Ask yourself, “Would I buy these items at the price I am asking?”

  • In the center of your index card, please write the category of your item and the appropriate ages to use this item. See chart below.  This will help us organize materials more efficiently.

  • Make sure to clearly write the price (dollar increments only)

  • Write ND (No Discount) in red ink in the bottom center if you DO NOT want your item to be discounted 50% during the half-price sale.

  • Double-check that all items are tagged and that your seller number is correct so that you will get credit for sale!  Please do not make any corrections on your cards or write on the back of the cards once tags are completed.

  • Use clear packing tape and attach it to the TOP of the card ONLY.  Make sure the tape does not cover your seller number. You may wish to use twine to wrap around each side to connect sets, or protect covers of books you don’t wish to tape.  You may also place your book in a large clear baggie and then tape your tag to the bag.  All small craft supplies should be poly bagged and priced on the outside.

VERY IMPORTANT: Be sure multiple materials are packaged securely.  I recommend placing an identification card on each item.  For example: You have a Bob Jones curriculum that has four separate books.  Place a card on each book which identifies your seller number and book 1 of 4 etc.  Be sure to bundle these items securely and place the price card on the top book for easy viewing.

NO TIME TO TAG OR DOES IT JUST SEEM TO BE A CHORE TOO LARGE??
