Receiving Information

You will be asked to sign a registration form and stay with your items until they have been checked in.  Do NOT simply drop off your curriculum and leave.  For a speedy check-in, group your items by subject (science, language arts, etc.)

Due to space limitations and quality concerns, we reserve the right to refuse any item.  Items may also be refused if not adequately marked.

Please be aware of pick-up times as these reflect our time to vacate the facility.  Any materials left past the pick-up time will become the property of CHALK sale.

A $5.00 participation fee (cash only) is due at the time of check-in.  An additional $5.00 handling fee will be due at this time if you choose to consign furniture.  The additional fee will be reimbursed if the furniture is purchased or picked up by the designated times.

Please bring a self-addressed stamped envelope that we will use to mail you your check.  (All checks will be mailed 2-3 weeks after the sale).

You will receive a Pre-Sale pass after check-in is complete.
